About BINGOforFREE.net
BingoForFree.net is a 100% free bingo created to bring online bingo players together from around the world. Our games are free. BingoForFree.net is solely for entertainment. Prizes will be awarded on a month bases. Our Grand Prize Winners will be selected at random from all members that participated during the month. Additional contest may be played during the month where players will be awarded prizes based on total points earned or total patterns won during the contest period.
Description of the Tournaments
Each Tournament will provide subscribers (“Players”) with the opportunity to play for prizes. Prizes will be randomly selected at the end of each tournament period.
2. Eligibility
To participate in a Tournament, you must be 18 years old or older, and hold an account at BINGOforFREE.net in good standing. Only one prize per household per tournament is allowed. Employees of BINGOforFREE.net, their affiliates and subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies (the “Promotion Entries”), and members of their immediate families (regardless of whether they reside in the same household) are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Play
You must first register at BINGOforFREE.net by following on screen instructions offered on our registration page. From time to time Sponsor may open Tournaments to non-subscribers. In such cases, a notice will be placed onscreen. The Tournament game will be assigned with a Tournament icon.. Each Tournament will have its own prizes and scoring system. Scoring and prizes for each Tournament will be described in our newsletter or on the homepage of BINGOforFREE.net.
4. Winner Notification
The winner of each Tournament will be notified within thirty (30) days after the completion of each Tournament using the information you provided to BINGOforFREE.net . You are responsible for updating your contact data. The winners of each Tournament may be required to sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, where legal, within twenty (20) days of mailed letter prize notification. If any winner does not return the above mentioned documents within the specified time, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if any winner rejects his/her prize, such prize will be forfeited. The applicable prizes will be delivered to the tournament winners within thirty (30) days of Sponsor’s receipt of the completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, if required.
5. Prizes
The prizes for each Tournament will be published on the homepage of BINGOforFREE.net prior to the start of a Tournament. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor may substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Prizes will be delivered only to a street address, not a PO Box. In the event of a tie, the winners shall be determined by the time and date the first points were recorded for that tournament. The approximate retail values (ARV) of electronic prizes are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV’s are estimated and the date the prizes are awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of the electronics prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will not be entitled to a check or cash for the price difference. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to hold the Promotion Entities harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in a Tournament or his/her acceptance or use of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of any Tournament related information, administration of a Tournament or in the announcement of a prize.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ANY PRIZE OFFERED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TOURNAMENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-FRINGEMENT.
6. General Conduct
(a) Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or bar any Player or individual from future participation it finds (1) to be tampering with the registration or entry process or the operation; (2) to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; (3) to be hacking, or to be using any electronic devices to play or enter any Tournament, or to be using software which would provide a player an unjust advantage or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or Sponsor; or (4) to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the registration process.
(b) ANY ATTEMPT BY A PLAYER OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SERVICE OR ANY SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR ANY TOURNAMENT, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TOURNAMENT MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Promotion Entities be responsible or liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, injuries or losses of any kind under any theory (whether contract, tort, warranty or otherwise), including but not limited to loss of profits or Tournament prizes, arising out of any participant’s access to and use of the Service or participation in Tournament or (b) for any damages of any kind in excess of any fee paid to enter the applicable Tournament for (c) from participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion or liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.
8. Privacy
(a) Entry information may be shared with Sponsor’s promotional partners to the extent participants agree at the time of entry and to the extent required for prize fulfillment purposes.
(b) Except as provided in these Official Rules or as agreed to at time of entry, any entry information collected from the Tournament will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located on BINGOforFREE.net’s Website.
9. Technical Failures
Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors of any sort that result in an omission, interruption, deletion, defect, crashes, network malfunctions, or delay in operations. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, satellite, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind including, but not limited to, technical failures of any sort that occur during submission of scores. If for any reason a Tournament is not capable of running as planned, by reason of technical failures or any other causes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a Tournament. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to select winners from those who played prior to error that prompted the Sponsor’s action. Sponsors further reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
10. Governing Law/Jurisdiction
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants or Sponsor in connection with the Tournament shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Republic of Panama, without giving effect to any choice of law of conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. Venues for all suits will be in the Republic of Panama.
11. Winners List
The names of the Tournament winners will be posted at the BINGOforFREE.net’s website.
12. Accounts
Players accounts will reset to zero at the start of each new business day.
